The Ansars Internet Marketing Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Ansars Internet Marketing.

The Ansars Internet Marketing Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Ansars Internet Marketing Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

SERVICES PRICING
All pricing information on the Web Site is correct at the time of going online.  Ansars Ltd reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. 
In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Ansars Ltd processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price;

All prices on the Web Site do not include VAT.  Ansars Ltd’s VAT number is 916 4382 19.

RETURNS POLICY
Ansars Ltd aims to always provide high quality services that are fault free.  On occasion however, services may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

If the Purchaser receives Services which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, the Purchaser should contact us within 10 days to arrange collection and return. The Purchaser will be given the option to have the Services replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Services were purchased. 

If any Services purchased have faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact Ansars Ltd within 28 days to arrange a refund. Upon receipt of notification, and if the complaint is upheld, the price of the Services, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

Ansars Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.  Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

• Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Services;
• Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Ansars Internet Marketing Web Site, you warrant to Ansars Internet Marketing that you will not use the Ansars Internet Marketing Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
